you like to volunteer for the
Giro di Burnaby?
The Giro
di Burnaby, is a criterium
cycle race that is part of
BC Superweek that will see some of
the most outstanding male and female riders from North America and
beyond in attendance and competing for over $15,000 in prize money.
What
can you do?
As a volunteer you can assist with many aspects of the race prior to
and during the actual event day. Several volunteer opportunities are
available including registration, medical, set up, safety and
security, billets, take down and marshalling. There is a range of
involvement for everyone and your contribution will make the
2008 Giro
di Burnaby an event to remember.
Our
volunteers are valued members of our event team and in appreciation
for giving so generously of your time,
you will receive:

fueled during your volunteer shift

Volunteer Dinner/Meeting
There will be a mandatory volunteer appreciation
dinner/meeting on Wednesday evening, July 9th at 6:00 p.m. at
Confederation Senior Centre for the Retired,
4585 Albert
Street, Burnaby.
Important event day information
will be shared at the meeting.
Please note
that all volunteer positions will involve working race day. If you are not available between the hours
of 5:30 and 10:30 pm on Thursday, July 17th, please do not
register as a volunteer.
