For the second year in a row Steve Fisher of Hagens Berman Cycling won the Tour de Delta White Spot Men’s UCI 1.2 Road Race, finishing ahead of Germany’s Yannick Mayer of Team Baier Landshut and North Vancouver’s Ryan Anderson of Optum p/b Kelly Benefits Strategies.
